We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and account credentials when you register through our OAuth authentication system. We also collect transaction data, trading history, wallet addresses, and communication preferences. Additionally, we automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns.
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process transactions and send related information; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues; comply with legal obligations including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements; enforce our Terms of Service and geo-blocking policies; communicate with you about products, services, and events; and personalize your experience on the platform.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: payment processors (Stripe) to facilitate transactions; blockchain networks where on-chain trading data is publicly visible by nature; law enforcement agencies when required by law or to protect our rights; service providers who assist in operating the platform; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. On-chain transactions on the Polygon network are publicly visible and cannot be made private.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication mechanisms, rate limiting to prevent abuse, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use session cookies to maintain your authentication state and provide a seamless experience. We may also use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Service. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences, though disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Service.
When you engage in on-chain trading, your wallet address and transaction details are recorded on the Polygon blockchain. This data is publicly accessible and immutable by nature of blockchain technology. We cannot delete or modify blockchain data. Your wallet address may be linked to your platform account, but we do not publicly disclose this association.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information after account closure as required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or for legitimate business purposes. Transaction records may be retained for regulatory compliance purposes.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements); object to or restrict certain processing of your data; data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, please contact us through the platform's support channels.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on the platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us through the platform's support channels.
